The data center serves as the recycling facility command center. Inventory tracking, analytical data, air monitoring logs, and operational records are stored and maintained electronically in the data center. We cross-check material processing records and certificates of recycling are issued once we have dispositioned the cylinders.
Data collection and tracking begin when we receive a completed customer inventory form that lists the cylinder size, content, and other basic information. We review this initial inventory document to ensure the cylinders are suitable for recycling* and this information is entered into our tracking system. We then schedule and monitored shipments into our facility until the cylinders arrive at our dock and enter the processing cycle.
* Materials may be rejected if they are designated as hazardous waste, do not comply with DOT packaging, or are materials for which we have no recycling outlet.
